Clear All History
Our AAASTAND tensioner factory is located in Wenzhou, a city known for its mature automotive component industry and skilled manufacturing base. The production process integrates precision machining, surface treatment, and dynamic balancing to meet stringent engine system performance requirements.
Components such as arms and pulleys are CNC-machined from durable materials, then heat treated to increase wear resistance. After finishing and cleaning, the tension spring system is assembled with precision fit. Each unit is dynamically balanced and tested to simulate engine working conditions including torque, temperature, and tension variation. Final inspection ensures smooth operation before rust-proof packaging.
Our customers include automotive OEMs, various transmission system suppliers, distributors, construction machinery, and generator manufacturers. We meet diverse tension and structural design needs across platforms.
Our Wenzhou factory delivers high-precision customization and rapid response, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
With state-of-the-art equipment in Wenzhou and experienced engineers, AAASTAND delivers tensioners that precisely control belt tension across various automotive and machinery platforms.
Our solutions ensure optimal engine performance and reduced wear, while enabling quick development cycles and competitive pricing.

Key Materials Used in Tensioner Production
#1 Pulley Body Material - Steel / Aluminum Alloy
Depending on performance requirements and vehicle compatibility, the pulley body is usually made of high-strength stamped steel or aluminum alloys such as 6061-T6 or 7075. These materials ensure rigidity, thermal conductivity, and durability under engine bay conditions.
#2 Integrated Bearings - Deep Groove or Needle Type
Each tensioner contains a sealed, high-speed bearing using GCr15 or stainless steel rings. Paired with high-performance grease and seals, the bearing ensures long service life and smooth operation.
#3 Spring System - 60Si2Mn / High-Carbon Steel
We use preloaded torsion or spiral springs made of 60Si2Mn, 65Mn, or 72B spring steel. After heat treatment, these springs exhibit excellent fatigue resistance and consistent torque output.
#4 Damping & Friction Elements - PTFE / Engineering Polymers
Damping pads or friction blocks are made from PTFE, POM, or PA66+GF30 to reduce noise, absorb vibration, and stabilize belt motion.
#5 Injection Components - HR-HGG BK20518 (DSM)
Plastic parts are injection molded using DSM-supplied HR-HGG BK20518, ensuring tight dimensional control and strong performance.
#6 Precision Machining - One-Time Forming
Critical surfaces are machined in a single step to ensure high perpendicularity and coaxial precision, improving rotation stability.
#7 Sealing & Lubrication - ACM / N803B
#8 Surface Treatments - Phosphating / E-Coating / Zinc Plating
Steel components receive anti-rust treatments such as phosphating, electrophoresis (e-coating), or zinc plating, to perform well in wet, oily engine environments.
#9 Online Assembly & Inspection - 100% Traced Quality
All units are assembled and inspected online in real-time, with complete quality traceability and zero-defect assurance.
