After rigorous testing, the units are cleaned, demagnetized, and packed with anti-moisture protection.

Key Materials Used in Wheel Hub Bearing Assemblies

#1 Bearing Steel (GCr15 / SAE 52100)

The core rotating elements of hub assemblies—balls or rollers and inner/outer rings—are primarily made from high-carbon chromium bearing steel. #4 Seals - Nitrile Rubber (NBR), FKM, or PTFE

Sealing components prevent water, dust, and debris from entering the bearing. Depending on the working conditions, seals may be made from NBR (standard), FKM (high temperature), or PTFE (chemical resistance).

#5 ABS/Speed Sensor Components - Thermoplastics & Copper Wire

Many modern hub units integrate ABS sensors. These components include copper wiring, magnetic rings, and thermoplastic housings (e.g., PA66 or PBT) molded with precision to withstand vibration and temperature cycles.
