Shipping Policy

Last Updated: 17 May 2025

1. Shipment Origin & Coverage

  • All shipments are dispatched from AAASTAND's warehouses in China.
  • We support delivery to North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions through established logistics channels.

2. Shipping Methods Overview

AAASTAND selects transportation modes based on shipment characteristics and distributor requirements:
  • International courier for sample orders and small parcels
  • Air freight for time-sensitive replenishment or mid-volume shipments
  • Sea freight (LCL/FCL) for bulk or scheduled procurement
  • Freight forwarding for palletized or consolidated cargo
Each method has its own handling process, cost structure, and transit conditions.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are determined by multiple factors, including:
  • Selected transport mode
  • Cargo weight and volume (chargeable weight)
  • Packaging configuration (single carton, palletized, reinforced)
  • Destination country and terminal conditions
  • Carrier quotation at the time of booking

4. Transit Time Reference

  • Transit times vary by region and transportation mode.
  • AAASTAND provides reference timeframes during order confirmation according to the available carrier schedules at that time.
  • Actual transit conditions may be influenced by customs procedures, regional logistics environments, and carrier operations.

5. Customs & Import Handling

Customs duties, VAT, and import-related charges are handled by the consignee in accordance with local regulations.

AAASTAND provides standard export documentation, including:
  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • HS codes
  • Additional supporting documents when required by destination customs

6. Packaging & Handling

Packaging configurations depend on product type and order size:
  • Reinforced cartons for individual units
  • Palletized packaging for multi-line or bulk orders
  • Moisture and impact considerations for long-distance transport

7. Tracking & Handover

  • Tracking information is provided once the shipment is handed over to the carrier or freight forwarder.
  • Subsequent shipment visibility follows the carrier's tracking system.

8. Incoterms & Responsibility Division

  • All shipments follow the Incoterms specified in the purchase order (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).
  • Responsibility for the cargo transfers at the handover point defined by the agreed term.

9. Policy Review & Updates

  • This policy may be updated to reflect operational adjustments.
  • Any revisions will be published on this page.
