Blend Door Actuator

AAASTAND® blend door actuators feature precision gear reduction motors with electronic position feedback systems designed to meet ISO 16750 standards. Stepper motor technology provides accurate door positioning while integrated limit switches prevent over-travel damage.
AAASTAND® blend door actuators control air temperature mixing by positioning HVAC blend doors between hot and cold air passages. Electronic control modules receive temperature commands and translate them into precise motor rotation angles. Gear reduction systems provide sufficient torque to overcome the air pressure differential across the blend doors.
