AAASTAND® air intake hoses are manufactured using heat-resistant EPDM, NBR, or thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), reinforced with nylon or polyester fabric layers. Designed to meet SAE J200 standards for temperature resilience, vacuum resistance, and chemical compatibility with engine vapors.
AAASTAND® intake hoses deliver clean, metered air from the air filter box to the throttle body or turbocharger inlet, maintaining sealed flow paths under engine movement and thermal cycling. Engineered to resist cracking, collapse, and deformation under vacuum and heat load. Available in flexible or rigid-hybrid designs with quick-connect ends, bellows, and molded brackets.
